District Medical Group (DMG) includes pediatric primary care as well as more than 25 pediatric specialties to provide comprehensive care to patients from birth through age 18.

Pediatric Primary Care

DMG pediatricians and pediatric nurse practitioners provide primary care to children at DMG Children’s Rehabilitative Services (DMG CRS) at Park Central Mall in Phoenix as well as Valleywise Community Health Centers across Maricopa County. Our goal is to help your child stay as healthy as possible. We provide:

Immunizations
Management of complex conditions and long-term illnesses in collaboration with pediatric specialists
Treatment of minor injuries and illnesses (such as colds, flu, seasonal allergies)
Well-child exams

In addition, DMG family practice providers across the Valley provide care to patients of all ages- from children through senior adults- so your entire family can be cared for at the same location, by the same provider right in your community.

DMG Children’s Rehabilitative Services (DMG CRS)

DMG CRS is the only multispecialty interdisciplinary clinic (MSIC) in Maricopa County and was designed to support coordinated, convenient, and high-quality care for children with complex conditions. In addition to pediatric medical specialties, DMG CRS also includes dental health, social workers, on-site labs and X-rays, and more to provide comprehensive healthcare for your children in one easy-to-access location.
