District Medical Group (DMG) includes primary care providers (PCP) to treat the whole family – from infants through senior adults and geriatrics. Supporting patients at locations across the Valley, a DMG PCP is nearby to support your health and wellbeing, help you manage chronic conditions, and treat minor illnesses and injuries.

Family Medicine: DMG includes physicians and nurse practitioners supporting patients of all ages. Our family practice providers are available at Valleywise Health locations to support the health of your family.
Internal Medicine: Serving adults of all ages, DMG internal medicine providers are specially trained to support active adults and geriatric patients. DMG internists care for adult patients at Valleywise Health locations across the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Pediatric Primary Care: DMG pediatricians and pediatric nurse practitioners are here to partner with parents and guardians to help your child get healthy and stay as healthy as possible. DMG offers pediatric primary care at DMG Children’s Rehabilitative Services (DMG CRS) as well as Valleywise Health locations across Maricopa County.
